Baked Sweet Potato Chews

Ingredients

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 250 F (120 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Scrub the sweet potato and slice it into thin rounds or strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
3. Lay the slices in a single layer on the tray with no oil or seasoning.
4. Bake low and slow for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway, until chewy (longer for crispier chews).
5. Let the chews cool completely before serving, and cut into small pieces for a tiny mouth.

Storage

Store chewy slices in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week; fully dried, crisp chews keep about 2 weeks in a sealed jar. Freeze for longer storage.

Portion guidance
